Amy Williams Amy Williams is the library's director. Amy joined the library staff in August of 2009. She is from Gibbon, Nebraska and moved to Morse Bluff in 2005 with her husband, Bruce. Bruce farms around the Morse Bluff area. They have 3 children, Hannah, Nolan & Emma. Amy enjoys sports, spending time with her kids and reading.
